G series 4-5t internal-combustion tow tractor
QYCD40/45/50-WXG G series 4-5t internal combustion tractor is a new type diesel hydraulic drive tractor with domestic level developed by Anhui Heli Co., Ltd.It is an upgraded product of the original Heli 3.5-5t internal combustion tractor.The reliability, safety, maintenance and ergonomics of the whole tractor have been greatly improved.The whole tractor adequately adopts the mature design and manufacturing technology of our company. It’s composed of bodywork system(Including counterweight), power system, transmission system, variable speed control system, service brake system, accelerator pedal control system, steering system, electrical system, front suspension ass’y, rear suspension ass’y, steering axle, drive axle, operation stick & pin component, cab and so on. The tractor has low cost and high reliability, with its reasonable cost performance widely used in harbor, wharf, industrial and mining enterprises, etc.
Main feature:
(1) Engine power reaches 96kw, turbocharged power, sufficient torque reserve, powerful traction, reasonable shock absorption matching, and better shock absorption effect of the whole tractor;
(2) The wheelbase of the whole tractor is increased to 2100mm, the minimum turning radius is reduced to 4000mm, the longitudinal stability is increased by 5%, and the minimum bending radius is reduced by 3%;
(3) The new transmission system adopts flexible transmission shaft and the application of intelligent shift technology, which has good reliability and high comfort;
(4) The traction mechanism with double-point operation and self-locking has good visibility, and the driver can directly observe the traction seat when sitting on the seat;
(5) The fuel tank is placed on the side, it is convenient to add and discharge fuel, the fuel cap is equipped with anti-theft function, and the design of the enlarged fuel tank (110L) ensures the fuel consumption per shift；
(6) The ratchet hand brake meets the parking requirements of tractor on different ramps;
(7) The new steering system design can meet the adjustment of 11° front and rear, with better man-machine functionality;
(8) A fully enclosed integrated cab equipped with luxurious rear mirrors provides a wider view of the tractor.
