Attachment product important component configuration

1. Hydraulic system: Two-way hydraulic lock is adopted on the rotating oil circuit to realize two-way hydraulic self-locking to ensure safety at work. A hydraulic control check valve is added to each cylinder to achieve long-term pressure retention. The motors, valves and seals are all imported products; the high-pressure hose adopts a high-performance hose with a conical surface seal.

2. Structural parts: the slewing bearing adopts a large-modulus slewing bearing, which has a stronger bearing capacity; the worm gear adopts an involute gear, which can improve efficiency, reduce heat loss, and realize self-locking function.

3. Mechanical properties: 360° rotation can be realized, the clamp arm becomes thinner and narrower, and the root of the clamp arm adopts high-strength steel castings to enhance the ability to resist load impact.

4. Scope of application: It is suitable for various papermaking, packaging, printing and other industries to carry out efficient and non-damaged handling and stacking operations for various paper rolls.
